Dolphin IT Solutions UK Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to implementing effective systems and controls designed to prevent modern slavery within our business and supply chain.

Modern slavery can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We recognise our responsibility to remain alert to these risks and to take appropriate action where concerns arise.

As part of our approach to modern slavery, we consider the potential for modern slavery and exploitation within both our own operations and our supply chain.

Our Modern Slavery Policy applies to employees, directors, agency and seconded workers, contractors, consultants, third-party representatives and business partners.

We recognise that modern slavery risks may occur at any level of a supply chain. We therefore expect our contractors, suppliers and other business partners to maintain similarly high standards and prohibit the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour and slavery or servitude, including the exploitation of children. We also expect suppliers to apply equivalent standards within their own supply chains.

Responsibility for implementing and monitoring our Modern Slavery Policy sits with the Company. This includes monitoring the policy's effectiveness and reviewing internal controls and procedures intended to counter modern slavery. Management is responsible for ensuring that individuals reporting to them understand and comply with the policy and receive appropriate training.

All individuals working for or under the control of Dolphin IT Solutions share responsibility for the prevention of modern slavery, and for identifying and reporting it if suspected. Concerns should be raised with a line manager or Company Director or reported in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy.

Where appropriate, and with worker welfare and safety as a priority, we will also provide support and guidance to suppliers to help address abusive or exploitative working practices within their businesses and supply chains.

Training on our Modern Slavery Policy and the risks associated with modern slavery in supply chains forms part of the induction process for individuals working for Dolphin IT Solutions. Relevant updates are communicated through established internal channels.

Our zero-tolerance position is also communicated to suppliers, contractors, employers and business partners at the beginning of the business relationship and reinforced where appropriate.

We encourage anyone who identifies or suspects modern slavery within our business or supply chains to raise the matter at the earliest opportunity.

Dolphin IT Solutions supports individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith and is committed to protecting them from detrimental treatment as a result of making such a report.

We recognise that addressing modern slavery requires ongoing awareness and review rather than a one-off assessment. Our Modern Slavery Policy is reviewed annually so that our approach can continue to reflect our legal and ethical obligations.

This assessment should be read alongside our Modern Slavery Policy and reflects Dolphin IT Solutions UK Ltd's commitment to transparency and to tackling modern slavery in accordance with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which is the regulatory reference identified in our policy.
